Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of analytical experience; financial services or loans a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Access, SQL and analytics tools.
• Ability to liaise with IT and senior management; multitask and deliver on time.
• Background and credit check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and drivers of business performance.
• Design reports to visually communicate insights to stakeholders across Loan Operations.
• Collaborate with teams and Chief Data Office to implement reporting solutions.
• Interpret data visuals and present insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Maintain data quality standards across systems.
• Support non-PMO project meetings and timelines.
• Assist in building and executing non-PMO project plans and resource coordination.
• Support data & reporting for mergers, regulatory reviews, audits, and QA.
• Help project team members with responsibilities and deliverables.
• Complete required compliance training (BSA/AML, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
