Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus, with bilingual (Spanish/English) benefiting the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments and loan related transactions.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle collection activities and maintain customer records.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
