• Greet, assist and solicit customers in office and by phone; verify credit and employment information.
• Process loan payments and distributions; make recommendations on loan approvals.
• Approve loans within established lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle account activities for collections, including calls and in-person conversations.
• Prepare reports, documentation and balance cash drawer; maintain records and branch closings.
• Actively market branch products and services to customers.
