Responsibilities include processing verifications, approvals within limits, loan closings, and active branch marketing to individuals. Strong communication and cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone.
• Receive and process credit and employment verifications; record information obtained.
• Process payments, distributions, and make recommendations regarding loan approvals; approve loans up to limits; close loans.
• Prepare reports, correspondences, transaction documentation, and maintain records; operate cash drawer.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
