Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone.
• Receive and process credit and employment verifications; record information.
• Process payments, distributions; make recommendations on loan approvals.
• Approve loans within lending limits; close loans and manage related accounts.
• Prepare reports, correspondences and transaction documentation; file records.
• Operate cash drawer; process deposits and balance the branch.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
