Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone; record information and verify details.
• Process credit and employment verifications, and loan payments; approve loans up to limits; close loans.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage account activities.
