Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling, computer skills and customer service required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and callers; process verifications, loans up to limits, and close loans.
• Prepare reports, transaction documentation, and balance branch cash/records.
• Actively market branch products and services to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
