Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extension, and merchant referrals.

Success depends on creating an engaging customer experience, generating business, maintaining compliance, and achieving monthly goals with accuracy. The position involves greeting customers, processing verifications, handling payments, and completing loan

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–2 years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
Cash handling, computer skills and customer service skills required.
Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy.
Excellent communication skills required; proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone; handle loan processing steps including verifications, payments, and loan approvals within lending limits.
Prepare reports and maintain branch records; operate cash drawer and process deposits.
Actively market branch products and services to customers.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
