Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and process verifications; record information; process payments and distributions; make recommendations regarding loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits; complete loan closings; manage account activities related to collections; communicate with customers.
• Prepare reports, correspondences, documentation; operate cash drawer; process deposits; maintain records.
