Responsibilities

• Process incoming loan packages from direct borrowers, dealers and brokers.
• Verify underwriting conditions are cleared for doc prep.
• Communicate with clients and escrow for required items.
• Enter data accurately into the loan tracking system.
• Order and review tax and flood certs from 3rd party vendors.
• Serve as first point of contact for dealers, brokers, borrowers, underwriters, and lenders.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
