Job summary

Citi Belfast seeks a Transaction Manager to support the lending lifecycle, including loan closing and servicing coordination, client onboarding, data management and quality control. You will partner with originating and coverage teams, credit risk, operations and legal to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance and end-to-end transparency across loan transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Experience in a similar transaction management role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan closings and servicing activities across the lifecycle.
• Support onboarding, data management and quality control processes.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across transactions.
• Develop and monitor operational metrics and risk controls.
• Collaborate with originating/coverage teams, risk, operations and legal.
• Maintain a closing pipeline and address issues to keep timelines.
