Lendly is seeking a Contact Center Representative in Ohio to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with loan applications, and answer questions about services.

You will work in a team, aiming to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while delivering timely, respectful service and navigating multiple web-based systems.

Strong communication and reliability are essential as you help customers with repayments and product information.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
• Call Center and Customer Service and Sales Experience Preferred.
• Written and Verbal Communication.
• Critical Thinking and Decision Making.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with online applications.
• Assist customers in obtaining a loan (retail and online).
• Assist customers in repaying debt on past due balances.
• Outbound contact customers to resolve early delinquency and obtain a new loan.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with consumers.
• Navigate across multiple web-based systems.
• Record keeping and maintain production workflow.
• Report and track production and goal progress to management.
