This role involves working with borrowers to maintain loan information, coordinate payments, and address loan requests. Key responsibilities include maintaining renovation budgets, reviewing draw requests, analyzing loan data, facilitating new investment onboarding, creating loan return analyses, reviewing loan documents for compliance, and collaborating with accounting teams on fund transfers and payment issues.

Key Duties and Functions:

• Maintain loan information and reporting data, coordinate payments, and handle loan requests.
• Manage renovation budgets, review draw requests, and coordinate funding processes.
• Analyze loan data including payment histories and escrow reports.
• Facilitate onboarding of new investments.
• Prepare loan return analyses for investment decisions and return calculations.
• Review loan documents for compliance with covenants and restrictions.
• Coordinate with accounting teams on fund transfers and resolve payment issues.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through.
