Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial loan documentation experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending and credit documentation (agricultural lending experience preferred)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the banking industry is preferred
• Experience with systems such as nCino, Jack Henry, LaserPro, or Compliance Reporter is a plus

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance

• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

Join our team as a Loan Administrator Supervisor, where you will oversee the loan processing function for commercial and agricultural loans. In this role, you’ll drive operational efficiency, ensure accurate and timely loan processing, and lead a team of Business Banking Administrators to deliver high-quality service across the bank. This role will be located at our Coralville office location.
