Security First Bank seeks a knowledgeable Loan Administrator to support our lending operations and loan systems. This role administers lending platforms, ensures regulatory compliance, supports loan processing, servicing, reporting, and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, banking experience, and project management skills to drive process improvements and coordinate with internal teams on regulatory updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Five years of banking, lending, or loan operations experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of loan operations, servicing, and banking regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support lending systems, loan operations, and loan accounting functions.
  • Develop and improve operational procedures, training programs, and system processes.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement regulatory and technology updates.
  • Monitor quality control, reporting, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Provide support for loan servicing, audits, system conversions, and special projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Loan Administrator to support the bank's lending operations and loan systems. This role is responsible for administering lending platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting loan operations, and serving as a key resource for loan processing, servicing, reporting, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and project management skills.
