Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with PivotTables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Background in loan administration or lending operations.
• Ability to collect, organize, and report loan-related data.
• Familiarity with recurring management reports and portfolio information.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize loan information used for recurring management reports.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly loan and portfolio reports.
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, reconcile, and present loan data.
• Work with loan information from internal systems and other applicable sources.
• Ensure information in management reports is complete and accurate.
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with lending and internal teams to obtain required loan information.
• Maintain organized and accurate loan-related records and data.
• Assist with additional loan administration and reporting responsibilities as required.
