Job summary

Perennial Resources International’s client, a leading global bank, seeks an experienced Loan Administration AVP in New York to lead high-touch loan operations. You will guide complex closings as Administrative Agent and mentor junior staff.

You will bring 7+ years in loan administration, hands-on ACBS and LoanIQ, and deep knowledge of project finance, securitization, and wire transfers. This pivotal role combines leadership with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of loan product/administration experience as Administrative Agent.
• Hands-on experience with ACBS and LoanIQ loan operating systems.
• Familiarity with securitization, leasing, CLOs, project finance, loan trading, and/or credit derivatives.
• Working knowledge of collateral evaluation procedures and lending compliance.
• Strong understanding of wire transfer systems (FED, CHIPS, SWIFT).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for new deal closings as Administrative Agent or direct lender.
• Support complex transaction types including Project Finance, Securitization, ABL, Term Loan B, and more.
• Manage credit arrangement maintenance to align documents with approvals.
• Oversee daily commitment activity: borrowings, rollovers, rate resets, conversions, repayments.
• Calculate, invoice, and disburse interest, fees, and loan payments.
• Monitor collateral requirements, covenant compliance, and data integrity.
• Partner with LoanIQ migration teams and support training during transitions.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to staff and Account Officers.
• Ensure activity complies with banking regs and internal standards.

We're seeking an experienced Loan Administration AVP to join the Agency & Bilateral Loan Administration team at a leading global bank. This role is ideal for a loan operations professional who thrives on complex, high-touch transactions and wants to take on a leadership role within a growing team.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a key point of contact for new deal closings where the bank acts as Administrative Agent or direct lender — including reviewing credit agreements, coordinating funds flow, fee allocations, and lender notifications
• Support complex transaction types including Project Finance, Securitization, ABL, Term Loan B, equity fund finance, and residential mortgage deals
• Manage credit arrangement maintenance, ensuring loan documentation aligns with credit approvals
• Oversee daily commitment facility activity: borrowings, rollovers, rate resets, conversions, and repayments
• Calculate, invoice, and disburse interest, fees, and other loan-related payments
• Monitor collateral requirements, financial covenant compliance, and data integrity across the portfolio
• Partner with LoanIQ migration teams and support training initiatives as the system transitions
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to Loan Administration staff and Account Officers
• Ensure all activity complies with applicable banking regulations and internal compliance standards
