Job description

We are partnering with a global bank to recruit an AVP- or VP-level Loan Administration professional for their Syndicated Loans Administration team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a professional, ethical, and collaborative environment, where your expertise will ensure the accurate and efficient administration of a complex loan portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for coordinating transactions between clients, agent banks, and internal teams, ensuring seamless and precise execution.
• Lead the administrative processes for new deal closings, including calculating, invoicing, and disbursing fees, as well as managing fund movements.
• Review, approve, and process loan documentation, ensuring alignment with credit approvals and maintaining accurate records.
• Oversee the daily operations of loan facilities, including monitoring borrowings, processing repayments, calculating interest, and disbursing fees.
• Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
• Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, addressing any discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in loan administration, with a strong background in syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Proficiency in loan operating systems, LoanIQ, ACBS or similar
• Experience with wire transfer systems and compliance procedures within a lending environment.
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex processes under pressure.
