Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior loan and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for customers with loan questions and transactions; researches and resolves issues; processes loan transactions and funding promptly.
• Supports loan officers in submitting loan requests; compiles information for new loan files and updates customer files for accuracy.
• Reviews daily loan reports for accuracy.
• Performs new loan and collateral cleanup and review.
• Contacts third party vendors for supporting loan documentation (title searches, credit reports, appraisals, floods); files security documents for lien filings.
• Performs filing in loan files physically and electronically by scanning and indexing loan documentation.
• Manages and tracks pending/outstanding loan file documents; communicates status with team.
• Engages in other duties assigned by management.
