Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with direct client contact experience.
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with KYC procedures and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships.
• Perform daily cash application and position reconciliation.
• Perform daily and monthly tie-outs of underlying loan characteristics.
• Liaise with auditors, underwriters, CLO managers, and private debt managers.
• Assist with global asset setup and maintenance.
• Process trades and wires for daily trading activity.
• Suggest and implement ideas to improve workflows.
• Oversee servicing lifecycle: account setup, KYC, maintenance, reporting.
• Understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards.
• Promote diversity and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain internal controls and address audit findings.
