Where you will work:

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, up to 50% remote, based out of the following locations: WI-Prairie du Sac; MN-Mankato; MN-Lakeville; IL-Bloomington; WI-Sun Prairie.

The contributions you will make:

This role services both internal and external clients by providing accounting services related to loans and leases, analyzing requests, and creating system entries using proper procedures and principles. You will ensure high accuracy and exceptional service, serving as a knowledgeable resource on accounting processes.

A typical day:

• Analyze and create accounting entries for transactions such as setting up loans, client billing, fee maintenance, general ledger entries, wire transfers, tax reporting, and more.
• Provide technical support regarding accounting issues.
• Collaborate with teams on loan setup and transaction processing.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions, errors, and trends using reports.
• Research and suggest process improvements.

The skills and experience we prefer you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong communication, client service, and teamwork skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software.

Base Pay

$50,900 - $72,100 USD
