Position Overview: MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. The accountant will be responsible for accounting operations, financial reports, maintaining accounting records, controls, and budgets to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing, manual check application, aging reports, and account reconciliation
• Routine journal entries and bank transactions
• AP bills and credit card transactions
• Month-end closing and reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• Supporting department peers as needed

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting experience
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment:

• Must be authorized to work in the country
• Willing to submit background/security investigation and drug screening
