Position: Clerk – Account Set-Up and Maintenance
Location:Madison, WI (Remote)
Contract Type: Contract
Max Pay Rate: $21/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible by time zone)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerkfor Account Set-Up and Maintenance. This is a remote position supporting operations based in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, customer account management, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and evaluate new customer applications/accounts.

  • Accurately enter and maintain customer data in centralized systems.

  • Maintain and update customer records, licenses, and account changes.

  • Use Salesforce or similar CRM to manage data.

  • Scan and categorize documentation within scanning systems.

  • Perform related administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ months of relevant clerical or account maintenance experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce preferred.

  • Experience with AS400 systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
