• CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
• Experience with warehouse facilities, ABS, covenant compliance, or securitization is preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, loan or lease servicing systems, or Salesforce is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly close processes including reconciliations.
• Manage accounting for loans and leases under U.S. GAAP.
• Assist with audits and improvement of accounting policies.
• Support borrowing base reporting, covenant tracking, collateral reconciliations, and related funding requests.
• Assist with warehouse facilities, liquidity management, and financial reporting packages.
• Support audits and help document and improve accounting policies and controls.
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio performance analysis.
• Work closely with credit, servicing, treasury, and capital markets teams to improve data accuracy and operational processes.

The position focuses on accurate accounting, financial reporting, and supporting funding activities for a fast‑growing credit platform.

• Perform monthly and quarterly close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounting for loans, leases, and other lending products under U.S. GAAP.
• Maintain loan and lease sub-ledgers and ensure accurate general ledger reporting.
• Support borrowing base reporting, covenant tracking, collateral reconciliations, and related funding requests.
• Assist with warehouse facilities, liquidity management, and financial reporting packages.
