Job summary

Koch Fertilizer, LLC is hiring a Loading & Storage Technician for the Wever, Iowa plant. You will load trucks and railcars, manage top-loading tasks, and ensure safe, efficient product movement in a 24/7 facility.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in all weather
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds
• Operates automated systems and learns plant processes

Responsibilities

• Load trucks and railcars safely and efficiently to maintain throughput
• Manually operate loading arms, valves, hoses and access points
• Work with hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals with provided PPE
• Interact with DCS/HMI/PLC during loading tasks and monitor equipment
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow
• Support training and continuous improvement within the team
