Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Lexington, TN is seeking a production associate for the evening shift. The role involves operating with cranes, handling materials, and ensuring safety and quality on the line. Overtime and weekends are expected, with a starting wage of $18.25 per hour plus a quarterly gainsharing bonus.

You will inspect equipment, read production orders, maintain records, and work in varying outdoor conditions while supporting a strong safety culture and team collaboration.

• Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns.
• Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Forklift and crane experience a plus; training may be provided.
• Flexible with overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour.

Quarterly Gainsharing Bonus Program.

Hours: 4:30pm - 3:00am, Overtime is expected.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• NOT A FORKLIFT OPERATOR POSITION
• Support company Core Values, participate in Safe Work environment, and completes observations
• Inspect equipment for safety
• Read and understand a production order
• Meet company productivity requirements
• Meet company and customer quality requirements
• Use crane, and manual handling of materials, complete proper documentation for materials produced
• Good communication with Team, Supervisor, and Management
• Maintain promotability to Operator II and Operator III
• Standing and walking 8 to 12 hours everyday
• Repetitive climbing on and off equipment and ladders
• Varying and extreme working conditions outside (Hot, Cold, Rain, Shine)

QUALIFICATIONS
