Job summary

Marvin is seeking a loading dock supervisor to lead and supervise the department, ensuring trucks are loaded and unloaded safely, on time, and according to company goals.

You will develop and train associates, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with other facilities and production lines to optimize product flow. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid holidays, parental leave, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lead independently and communicate effectively.
• Two or more years of related supervisory experience or training.
• ICIM and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is helpful.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise loading dock department to meet goals.
• Ensure safe work environment and provide leadership and motivation to the team.
• Coordinate product flow with other facilities and production lines.
• Maintain paperwork and conduct audits and reviews.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to coordinate daily tasks.
