Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Sport Management, Business, or Logistics/Supply Chain Management plus 2 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Experience with large-venue operations (18,000+ seat facility) and event-driven logistics.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass criminal and employment background checks; valid state driver’s license.
• Forklift and aerial lift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day deliveries and loading dock operations.
• Lead the Loading Dock Team during event and non-event hours.
• Coordinate truck arrivals/departures and vendor servicing.
• Plan preventive/repair maintenance on dock equipment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise loading dock staff.
• Prepare Event Cost Estimates for areas of responsibility.
