Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressively responsible roles in arena operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day deliveries and loading dock operations.
• Lead Loading Dock Team during event and non-event hours.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and material movement.
• Develop budgets and manage equipment maintenance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality guest experiences.
