Job summary

Related Management Company, a subsidiary of Related Companies, is seeking a Loading Dock Attendant to supervise dock operations under the Resident Manager. You will manage deliveries, oversee service vendors, and enforce policies while ensuring safety and efficiency on the loading dock.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily dock activities, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing routine reports. A 2–4 year logistics background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of logistical coordination and/or warehouse experience.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and logistics.
• Experience with service-oriented teams and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day loading dock operations.
• Direct scheduling, acceptance, verification, delivery and departure of delivery vehicles.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for service contracts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on waste and dock usage.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper equipment operation at all times.
