Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Lead coordinates the work of Loaders/Unloaders to ensure that customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

Responsibilities include maintaining productivity, achieving department goals, and upholding quality standards in loading and unloading processes. The role requires leadership and a strong safety orientation within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Loaders/Unloaders to meet shift goals.
• Ensure loading/unloading of customer route trucks is completed by end of shift.
• Monitor productivity, department goals and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to maintain safe work practices.
