Job summary

Cintas Corporation in the Nashville area is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Lead ensures productivity, department goals and quality standards are met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks.

The position involves coordinating Loaders/Unloaders and participating as needed to ensure all trucks are loaded by the end of the shift, with emphasis on safety, accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Job Expectations and Eligibility Factors: must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must adhere to attendance policy
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
• Must be willing to learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities
