Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The role ensures productivity and quality in unloading/loading of customer route trucks, coordinating Loaders/Unloaders, and ensuring trucks are loaded by shift end.

Qualifications include US work authorization, 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to use a computer/console. The position emphasizes safety, attendance, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
