Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Lead ensures productivity, department goals and quality standards are met in unloading and loading customer route trucks.

Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate as needed to ensure all trucks are loaded by shift end. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, with full-time schedule on the 2nd shift and benefits supporting employee growth and

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Standing for most of shift; physical activity including lifting or moving materials.
• Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate as needed.
• Ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by end of shift.
