Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Lead coordinates the work of Loaders/Unloaders to ensure that customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

Responsibilities include maintaining productivity, achieving department goals, and upholding quality standards in loading and unloading processes. The role requires leadership and a strong safety orientation within a fast-paced environment.

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Loader/Unloader Lead is responsible for ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks. Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate in these activities as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
