Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. This role ensures productivity, department goals, and quality as trucks are loaded and unloaded. The Lead coordinates Loaders/Unloaders and may participate in activities to ensure all route trucks are loaded by end of shift.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Loader/Unloader Lead is responsible for ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks. Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate in these activities as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
  • Must be willing to lear to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
  • Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
  • Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
