Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Lead is responsible for ensuring productivity, department goals and quality standards are met in unloading and loading customer route trucks.

Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders to ensure all trucks are loaded by the end of the shift. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting/moving materials, and working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Lead Loaders/Unloaders to ensure on-time loading/unloading of customer route trucks.
Coordinate daily activities to meet productivity, department goals and quality standards.
Oversee safety procedures and use of protective equipment as required.
Assist with loading/unloading when needed to ensure all trucks are loaded by end of shift.

Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate in these activities as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.
