Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. This role is pivotal in ensuring productivity, departmental goals, and quality standards are met in unloading and loading customer route trucks.

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Loader/Unloader Lead is responsible for ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks. Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate in these activities as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.

• Must be willing to lear to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
