Cintas Corporation seeks a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division in Albuquerque. The Lead ensures productivity, quality and timely loading/unloading of customer route trucks, coordinating Loaders/Unloaders and stepping in as needed to meet shift goals.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to lear to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.

Responsibilities

• The Loader/Unloader Lead is responsible for ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are met in unloading and loading of customer route trucks.
• Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate in these activities as needed.
• Lead role includes supervising and assisting during the shift to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by end of the shift.
