Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Lead ensures productivity, department goals and quality standards are met in loading and unloading of customer route trucks, coordinating the work of Loaders/Unloaders to ensure all trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork, with expectations to lift/move materials, communicate with drivers, and uphold company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
