Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. Loader/Unloaders drive company trucks to designated areas to unload soiled products and then load clean uniforms, floor mats and other customer items onto trucks based on routes.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and reliability in a fast-paced setting. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift and move materials, and comply with attendance and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Standing for most of shift and ability to lift/move materials.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from company trucks.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats and other items onto trucks according to routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards for loading/unloading.
• Follow safety rules and use protective equipment as needed.
• Support a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
