Job summary

R+L Carriers in Otsego, MN is seeking an Outbound Loader Supervisor to manage dock and dispatch operations on the 2nd shift.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, a yearly salary of $75,000–$80,000, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO from hire and access to exclusive employee resorts.

Qualifications

• Proven basic leadership experience.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and logistical skills.
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred is a plus.
• Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage dock and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate dock operation and driver/freight handler scheduling.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure timely dispatching of LTL loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

Requirements

• Driver and Freight Handler Management
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
• Candidates must have proven basic leadership experience.
• Must have the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Organizational /Communication/ and Logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred.
• Must have computer skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
