Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Loader Supervisor in Milwaukee, WI to oversee dock and dispatch operations. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 4pm to 2am, with hours potentially varying to meet operations. Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong organizational, communication and logistical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred.

• Must have computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the City and surrounding areas.

• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling.
• Ensure Safety Compliance.
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed.
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Driver and Freight Handler Management
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
• Candidates must have proven basic leadership experience.
