Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Loader/Garden Center/Pro role in the United States to assist customers, load merchandise, and support order fulfillment across departments. The position emphasizes safe loading practices, excellent customer service, and accurate handling of large or complex orders.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service and assisting customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management and/or Asset Protection.
• Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department.
• Communicates stock, special order merchandise, product features, and Lowe’s program information to customers with knowledge.
