Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input/access information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and helps customers locate, select, carry, and load merchandise.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately.
• Operates store equipment safely (e.g., Zebra phone, CCTV system, copiers).
• Maintains in-stock conditions by replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assists with loading for Pro and Garden Center areas as needed.
