Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Six months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions promptly.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment with quality and accuracy; maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management or Asset Protection.
