Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related work experience in construction or road maintenance (preferred).
• Experience operating a loader in winter maintenance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently for snow removal and other winter tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues.
• Clear snow and ice from roads, sidewalks, and drainage components.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor and team to complete tasks on time.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Assist with de-icing and salting operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report progress and obstacles to the supervisor.
