Job summary

ProFrac Services is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate the Loader and other heavy equipment in our plant environment in Monahans, TX. The role emphasizes safe operation, daily maintenance, and adherence to supervisor directions to ensure efficient material handling.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Loader experience, read and speak English, and hold a Class C driver license. This position requires outdoor work and physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Possess Class C Driver License.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Loader operating experience preferred.
• Able to read, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Loader and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Understand and follow directions from supervisors as to required work area.
• Operate Loader controls to move and dump material.
• Ensure a sound understanding of the issues involving ground disturbance.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the Loader.
• Train new employees in the safe and efficient operation of the Loader.
• Attend daily and weekly safety meetings and inspections.
• Work safely to avoid injury to self or others.
• Operate other heavy equipment as required.
