Independence TX LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator for our frac sand plant to run excavators, skid steers, and track hoes with minimal supervision. You will support safe, efficient daily operations to keep production flowing.

You will transport materials, load stockpiles, and adhere to site protocols. Prior mining or heavy industrial experience is preferred, and a safety-first mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in mining, processing, or industrial settings.
• Experience operating excavators of various sizes and other heavy machinery.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and site rules.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly within a team.
• Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently for loading, material handling, and transport.
• Move materials to designated stockpile areas accurately and efficiently.
