FNF Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to support paving operations across the Southwest.

You will operate a crawler or rubber-tired loader to move dirt, load trucks, and assist with concrete structures on active sites. This safety sensitive role requires pre-shift checks, routine maintenance, and clear communication with the crew to ensure safe, efficient loading and material handling.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Check oil, water, fuel, tires, hydraulic system, etc., and adjusts to ensure proper operation before leaving for the job site.
• Conduct safety and maintenance checks on assigned equipment and machinery.
• Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers, and depress pedals to operate machines.
• Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate loading/unloading of dirt, rocks, and other materials.
• Take actions to avoid potential hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, other equipment, and falling objects.
• Perform maintenance work to equipment including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments.
